Terms & Conditions for Eyelash Training Courses

Welcome to Luxury Beauty's Eyelash Training Courses. By booking and participating in our training programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a booking.

Course Booking, Deposits, and Payments

  • To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total course fee.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the course and must be paid in full before the training begins. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of your booking.

  • Payment plans may be available for some courses, allowing for instalment payments. 

  • Payment methods accepted include [insert payment options, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.]

  • Paying in full before your training course is accepted. 

 No Refunds and No Rescheduling Policy

  • Please note that all payments, including deposits and installment payments, are strictly non-refundable.

  • Strictly no rescheduling of training courses is allowed. Once a booking is made, it cannot be changed, transferred, or deferred to another date. Please ensure you are able to attend on the scheduled date before booking.

  • In the rare case that Luxury Beauty must reschedule or cancel a course, participants will be offered an alternative date only. 

 Course Requirements and Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 16 years of age.

  • Luxury Beauty reserves the right to refuse service if we deem that a participant does not meet the necessary requirements or poses a risk to the successful completion of the course.

 Liability Waiver

  • Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for any actions they take during and after the course. Luxury Beauty is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during training or subsequent lash services conducted by the participant after training.

 Training Kits and Course Materials

  • Training kits and course materials are provided as part of the course. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • All materials provided during training are for the participant’s personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of training materials is strictly prohibited.

 Certification and Accreditation

  • Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an accredited certificate from Luxury Beauty. Certificates will only be awarded once all course requirements have been met.

Photography and Media Release

  • By participating in our courses, you consent to Luxury Beauty using photographs or videos taken during the course for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in photographs or videos, please inform us prior to the start of the course.

Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect toward instructors and fellow students. Luxury Beauty reserves the right to dismiss any participant who disrupts the learning environment. No refunds will be given in such cases.

 Health and Safety

  • Participants are responsible for informing Luxury Beauty of any allergies, medical conditions, or other health concerns that may affect their training experience. Luxury Beauty is not responsible for any adverse reactions that occur as a result of undisclosed health conditions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Luxury Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.

By booking a course with Luxury Beauty, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you understand and accept these policies before proceeding with your booking.
